Subscribing

The plugin needs nothing bought or connected to translate by hand. To have the AI do the work, subscribe to the AI Translation Service from Settings → License — connect a key, or follow the link to subscribe — and checkout is handled by Stripe. All your existing translations carry over automatically; nothing is lost or re-done.

Renewals

The service is billed once a year, upfront. Language activations are one-time purchases and are never billed again.

Manage your subscription — payment method, renewal, cancellation — through Manage subscription on the License screen (the Stripe billing portal). After renewing, click Refresh if AI features don’t re-enable immediately.

What happens when the service lapses

A lapsed subscription never hides what you’ve built:

• Your translated pages stay fully visible to visitors — nothing on the frontend breaks or disappears.
• Every language stays editable in the admin, and the plugin keeps all of its features.
• Your activated languages go dormant: AI translation pauses until you renew, and then resumes exactly where it left off.

You never buy the same language twice. Renew, click Refresh, and everything re-enables.

Cancelling — your translations stay

Your translations are stored in your own WordPress database, so they belong to you regardless of what you pay us. Cancelling never deletes them.

Note

The only things that remove translation data are the explicit tools under Settings → Advanced → Database Settings — Factory Reset, or Delete all data on uninstall — and you’d have to choose those yourself.

Refunds

There’s a 15-day money-back guarantee on the AI Translation Service, no questions asked. A language activation can be refunded while it is unused — meaning no AI words have been spent on that language. Once the AI has translated with it, the activation has been used and is no longer refundable.
