Upgrading, Renewals & Refunds
Upgrading from Free to Pro
Section titled “Upgrading from Free to Pro”Upgrade any time from Settings → License — connect a Pro key, or follow the link to buy a Pro plan, and checkout is handled by Stripe. All your existing translations carry over automatically; nothing is lost or re-done.
Renewals
Section titled “Renewals”Pro is billed once a year, upfront — and so are language packs. Each pack is attached to your Pro billing period, so we recommend adding any extra packs together with your license, or shortly after. Buying a pack shortly before your renewal date can look like a double charge, because the pack is aligned to your main billing cycle.
Manage your subscription — payment method, renewal, cancellation — through Manage subscription on the License screen (the Stripe billing portal). After renewing, click Refresh if Pro features don’t re-enable immediately.
What happens when a license expires
Section titled “What happens when a license expires”A lapsed license never hides what you’ve built:
- Your translated pages stay fully visible to visitors — nothing on the frontend breaks or disappears.
- In the admin, only your one free language stays editable.
- AI translation pauses, and you stop receiving updates and new features until you renew.
Renew and click Refresh, and everything re-enables.
Cancelling — your translations stay
Section titled “Cancelling — your translations stay”Your translations are stored in your own WordPress database, so they belong to you regardless of your plan. Cancelling never deletes them.
Refunds
Section titled “Refunds”There’s a 15-day money-back guarantee. If a language pack was used during that time, we may deduct the cost of the pack from your refund — but the Pro license portion is always fully refunded.
